COB Industries to Introduce New Weld-Purging Technology At AWS / Fabtech Show in
Chicago, November 15 – 18, 2009

COB Industries, Inc. will be exhibiting at the AWS / Fabtech Show in Chicago
from November 15 – 18, 2009. New weld-purging equipment and technology will be
introduced as part of the expanding Argweld® product line. Some of the new
equipment to be featured will include:
• Multi-Port Tandem Purge Bladders—these represent the latest generation of the
popular Tandem Purge Bladders…now with multiple ports available for faster
purging and reduced risk of over-inflation.
• TEG-3 Grinder with New Vacuum Extraction Unit—The most powerful Tungsten Grinder
on the market is now available with a new vacuum dust extraction unit for
containing harmful dust from tungstens.
• Extra Heavy-Duty Backing Tape—The Argweld® Fiberglass Backing Tape is now
available in an Extra Heavy Duty option good for up to 240 Amps.
